Mission Statement

Little People Development Center is committed to providing an inclusive, equitable, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for all children, including those with disabilities, special learning needs, developmental delays, and/or special health care needs. We embrace and celebrate diversity, ensuring that every child is supported, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.

Our curriculum, instructional materials, activities, and learning environments are intentionally designed to reflect the unique backgrounds, cultures, and abilities of the children and families we serve. We uphold a strict non-discrimination policy and do not exclude or limit participation based on race, religion, family background, culture, or gender. All children are afforded equal access to all program activities and learning opportunities.

For children with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), we respectfully request that families provide a copy so that we may appropriately integrate the child’s goals into our instructional planning. Our team is committed to collaborating with families, service providers, and outside agencies to ensure each child receives the necessary support and resources to meet their developmental and educational goals.

Little People Development Center remains dedicated to fostering a safe, responsive, and supportive environment where every

child can achieve their highest potential.
